Hello! I'm Gayle Jennison, your dedicated coach at Mamaste Young, where every session is infused with my passion for helping you achieve longevity and holistic well-being.

As someone who has been health-conscious for most of my adult life, I faced unexpected challenges as I entered my 50s. The strategies that once kept me fit and healthy were no longer effective. I experienced joint pain, gut issues, weight gain, high cholesterol after discontinuing statins, low energy, brain fog, and a general sense of not feeling like myself. The turning point was my osteoporosis diagnosis, suddenly I felt broken.

My journey to wellness began when I connected with an inspiring coach and a supportive community of women. This was a game changer! I embraced consistent movement, incorporated weight training, tracked my macros while increasing my protein intake, and added supplements to maintain optimal nutrition.

The results? Decreased body fat, increased muscle mass, regained my strength, restored my energy, cleared my mind, and achieved healthy cholesterol levels naturally.
