It wasn't until around the time I had my children, I quit dieting for good and was able to naturally achieve and maintain a healthy weight... Fast forward to my 50s (hello menopause) I suddenly faced unexpected health challenges, that traditional methods couldn't resolve. This led me to double-down on a holistic, approach, transforming my health and my life. Now, I'm passionate about helping women like you navigate similar transitions with confidence and joy!
